When you're looking to hire voice over performers, you probably aren't completely sure of what you should be looking for. Many times businesses know they need to employ a performer, and they know they require them to have a nice voice, but beyond that – they are simply not sure. The first thing to search for is the voice. Be sure that if you're working with an agency they actually give you a sample of the individual you would be hiring. Many times they'll offer general examples of their performers, but won't offer you with the specific voice of the individual who would be working with you.
