Where Do You Find Voice Over Talent?

From making independent short movies, to producing radio advertising spots, to narrating videos, to recording hold messages, there are some things which inidivduals search for voice over talent for. On the other hand, it's not always simple discovering the right performer. The most critical factor to look for, clearly, is the voice. Be sure that when you're interviewing a voice over company that you are actually hearing examples of the person that will be doing your voiceovers – not just an example of a random individual which works for the business in question.
