Hiring Voice Over Talent

A number of people who are producing advertisements for their company consider voice over talent to be less important than it is. They believe they could hire anyone with a good voice and get the identical results. What they don't appreciate is that it requires years of instruction and practice to be able to have power over your voice and knowledge to use it most successfully. You don't want someone in there who is just trying to figure it out as they go along, because they are much less probable to obtain you the objectives you require.
